| Diane Prater-Kelly, Principal
Diane Prater-Kelly started in the insurance industry in 1976
as CSR at New York Life. After joining her father’s agency, Atkin &
Prater, Inc., in 1978 as receptionist and accounting assistant, she later became
a licensed agent in 1981.
Prater-Kelly continued as accounting/office manager of Atkin
& Prater, Inc. as well as producer until the merger in April of 2004 with
George L. Brown Insurance Agency where she continues as producer and lends assistance
in the continuing success of the merged agencies. Diane went thru the chairs of
the IIASN (Independent Insurance Agents of Southern Nevada) becoming one of only
three women to hold the position of president in 1991.
